How to Check Your Device
iPhone
- Open Settings
- Tap General > About
- Scroll to find "EID"
- If you see an EID number, your device supports eSIM
Android
- Open Settings
- Go to Network & Internet (or Connections)
- Look for "SIMs" or "Add eSIM" option
- If present, your device supports eSIM

About Carrier Locks
Even if your phone supports eSIM, it must be carrier unlocked to use eSIMFly. Phones purchased on contract or through carrier installment plans may be locked.
To check: Contact your carrier or try inserting a SIM from a different carrier. If it works, your phone is unlocked.
